Making preventive health the default for every human in Europe The mission At Lucis, we believe healthcare should be preventive, not reactive. We’re building the OS for human longevity to help people add more healthy years to their lives. You can read more about who we are and how we work here. About the role Lucis already has a working agentic asset stack — a set of Claude skills, Figma plugins, and image/video pipelines that turn a Notion brief into a shipped carousel, newsletter, or ad in under an hour. What we don't have is the senior brand operator who owns the systems on top of it: the templates, the editorial voice in pictures, the motion vocabulary, the website brand surface, the partner co-brand kits. You are that person. You operate the stack daily, you propose improvements when it drags, and you ship brand systems that compound — so Hugo can stay on creative direction and we keep our brand altitude as we scale to five European markets. What you'll own Lucis's visual brand system across every touchpoint — tokens, type, motion, iconography, photography direction. Web, social, ads, decks, partner co-brand, physical, event, podcast, merch. The agentic pipelines that ship the brand at velocity. Operate the existing stack daily, extend skills + knowledge files + plugins when they drag, and build new pipelines when the brand demands a surface we don't yet automate (motion ads, video reels, partner activation kits, event collateral, podcast assets). Template libraries wired into those pipelines — newsletter, carousels, ads, decks — so every brief lands in a system, not in a blank Figma file. Brand maturation explorations across touchpoints. Proactive work on where Lucis isn't yet expressed at the right altitude — physical kit, event presence, podcast visual identity, packaging, merch, photography direction at scale. The brand has to keep climbing as the company matures, and that climb is yours to design. Brand Platform Refresh — Track about visual identity execution, in partnership with our external agency. AI Ops governance. You run the Design OS — skill curation, registry upkeep, calibration cycles, MCP wiring health, knowledge-file versioning hygiene. Hugo creates new primitives with you; you own the system that holds them. Website brand surface — keep the altitude the Series A launch hit, and raise it. Co-brand kits for partners (Episod, pharmacy, practitioner network). The brand fingerprint on every shipped asset — if it doesn't feel like Lucis, you catch it before it leaves. What you'll inherit on day one A library of Claude Code producers skills to level up A versioned knowledge base that encodes Lucis voice, taste, calibration tiers, compliance, output contracts Direct access to image + video generation and every system you need A creative director (Hugo) who built the stack and will hand you the keys, not the manual What we're looking for 5+ years in brand design, including time in-house at a consumer or healthcare brand (not pure agency) Portfolio shows brand systems, not individual artifacts — show us how one template you built shipped 50 things, not how 50 things shipped one-off Daily fluency with Claude or another agentic coding environment (Cursor, Windsurf, Devin), required, not a plus. You'll operate skills, extend knowledge files, and brief the stack every day. Plus fluency with at least one of: Figma at infrastructure depth (variables, plugins, MCP), image/video generation tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, ComfyUI) Senior typographic instinct and motion literacy (you don't need to animate everything yourself, but you direct it) You can write a creative brief that another designer or a freelance motion partner can execute from on their own You treat the website as a brand surface, not a marketing page You work in English at a professional bar (French is a plus, not required) Nice to have Editorial design background (publication, magazine, newsletter) Shipped work in a regulated category (health, wellness, fintech) Has contributed to a design system from scratch Has used image or video gen models for production work, not exploration Compensation & location Competitive salary + meaningful BSPCE equity Paris, hybrid (3 days/week in our office near République) Visa sponsorship considered for senior candidates already in the EU 30 days PTO + standard French benefits Process Screening call (20 min) Craft deep-dive (60 min) Take-home case study using our actual stack (~3–4 hrs) + 45-min review Half-day on-site with the team in Paris Two reference calls Decision within 10 days of on-site How we work We work together from our Paris hub. We’re passionate about what we’re building and believe the fastest way to create something exceptional is side by side. We’re open to relocation support for the right individuals, and we welcome missionaries who travel to work with us in Paris on a regular basis. Rigor without ego: Audits, science, and code all deserve the same high bar. Radical ownership: Feedback loops are short; everyone contributes to building the best version of Lucis. Velocity over perfection: We ship daily and prefer a good decision today over a perfect one next week. At Lucis, AI isn't just our product, it's our engine. 100% of our teams are equipped with the best AI agents. You have carte blanche to explore and automate everything that can be, so you can focus exclusively on high-value work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
