Senior Brand Designer at Attic Salt
Design at Attic Salt is a full-spectrum discipline — strategic, visual, and deeply craft-driven. As a senior brand designer, you’ll collaborate with team members from concept through delivery, shaping work that's thoughtful at every layer. You move fluidly between research and ideation, between systems thinking and aesthetic refinement. The details matter to you. So does the bigger picture. And you're always curious about what's possible.
Attic Salt designers are collaborators, storytellers, and problem solvers. You understand the common challenges brands face and can deliver exceptional design systems that solve them. You'll help build brands from scratch, refresh established ones, and bring clarity to complex challenges across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints. You're comfortable working independently but know when to pull others in. You're curious, culturally tuned-in, and excited by work that has both conceptual depth and visual ambition.
In This Role You Will:
- Collaborate with our creative director and brand strategist to identify the art/design direction that best delivers on client goals.
- Own the entire design process, from concept to completion, including the development of mood boards, identity concept presentations, and implementation of visual identity systems across all brand touchpoints—digital, social, packaging, print, and environmental.
- Contribute strategically: distill research and messy inputs into clear, actionable creative directions.
- Present work internally and externally with confidence, openness, and a collaborative spirit.
- Embrace experimentation, AI-enhanced workflows, and non-linear creative exploration when the work calls for it.
- Maintain high standards for detail, quality, and conceptual integrity throughout the process.
- Support our marketing efforts by documenting/developing case studies and proactively creating social posts from completed work.
- Self-manage multiple projects, due dates, and project communication using ClickUp, Miro, and Google Drive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
