We build superior application platforms globally with the mission of creating successful businesses while contributing positively to society by making it more efficient.
We developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to digitize the insurance industry. The platform currently serves over 8 million users across the region.
We are continuing our mission by building new, superior applications in emerging use cases as applications become increasingly integrated with AI.
Our team is densely talented, highly motivated, and focused on engineering and product excellence within a very flat organization. All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission.
What You’ll Do
Brand Design & Visual Execution
- Lead the creation of UK-focused design assets across campaigns, social, web, product visuals, and marketing materials
- Execute and evolve BJAK’s new UK brand identity, maintaining clarity, consistency, and premium quality
- Adapt visual language for different UK audiences — consumers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all design output aligns with UK brand standards and business goals
Collaboration & Creative Support
- Work closely with UK marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver effective, on-brand work
- Partner with the Creative Manager to contribute to UK brand and design direction
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, raising overall creative quality
- Support team-wide improvement through best practices and shared standards

Brand Systems & Quality Control
- Maintain and refine UK brand guidelines, templates, and design systems
- Ensure top-tier execution and attention to detail across all outputs
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tooling, and design efficiency
- Stay current on UK design trends, motion principles, and emerging creative tools

What You Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in brand, graphic, or visual design roles
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and execution excellence
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience with or strong interest in motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Solid command of typography, layout, composition, and visual consistency
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior designers

Nice to Have
- Experience creating performance marketing or commercial campaign visuals
- Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX
- Familiarity with design systems, brand libraries, and scalable templates
- Experience or interest in using AI tools for design ideation and production

Location Requirement
- Based in the UK
Compensation Range
- £35,000 – £50,000 base salary per annum
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
