Some brands spend years trying to find their purpose. This one started with it.
Already listed nationwide with one of the UK's biggest retailers, this fast-growing challenger is proving that healthy convenience doesn't have to mean compromise. Backed by an ambitious leadership team and with significant growth ahead, it's now looking for a Senior Brand Lead to help write the next chapter.
This isn't a business where you'll inherit layers of process or spend months seeking approvals. You'll work directly with the founders, own the brand, influence product innovation, shape campaigns, launch new products and play a genuine role in growing one of the UK's most exciting food brands.
The Role
This is a broad, high-impact position for someone who enjoys building rather than maintaining. One day you might be shaping the launch of a new product, the next briefing creative partners, reviewing consumer insight, planning retailer activations or refining the brand story. You'll be equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling your sleeves up to make things happen.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
