Role Overview

Drive brand growth, lead impactful marketing strategies, and shape the future of consumer and healthcare products across the UK.

R&D Partners is seeking an experienced and dedicated Brand Manager to join our client's team in the UK. You will oversee commercial initiatives for a range of consumer and healthcare products, ensuring successful delivery of customer engagement activities and business objectives.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy and Growth

    • Develop and execute marketing and business plans
    • Identify growth opportunities through market analysis
    • Support commercial planning
    • Monitor performance to maximise business results
  • Marketing Execution

    • Lead and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
    • Monitor performance, evaluate effectiveness, and use insights to drive continuous improvement

  • Financial Management

    • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Support revenue growth through effective resource allocation, demand planning, and performance analysis
  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects successfully
    • Build strong cross-functional relationships
    • Support the implementation of new initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading marketing activities that drive customer engagement, business growth, and market development.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience within a commercial environment; marketing accreditation preferred.
  • Experience managing projects and influencing stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to support strategic and commercial objectives.
  • Sound commercial and financial understanding, with experience overseeing budgets and resource allocation.
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement strategies, including digital communications, customer programmes, and sales support activities.
