Senior Brand Manager | FMCG Food Challenger Brand

Location: London, UK (Mon-Thurs in the office & Fri WFH)

Reporting Into: Head of Brand

Salary: up to £65,000 + 10% Bonus

Position Overview

This is a pivotal hire for a small, fast-moving team! The Senior Brand Manager is a creative, digitally fluent marketer who can both think in ideas and make things happen - bridging creative campaign thinking with strong digital and content execution.

You'll work closely with the Head of Brand to bring campaigns to life across all channels, owning the day-to-day content and creative output of the brand. You'll be in the detail, briefing creative planning content, driving digital performance and activating standout campaigns.

This is a full-time role based in London, where your expertise will be instrumental in executing best-in-class marketing and helping drive the next phase of growth with future opportunity to line manage, as the team and brand scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Activation

  • Own the integrated campaign calendar - planning and activating campaigns across retail, social, eCRM, DTC and events, working closely with the Head of Brand on overall direction.
  • Lead the briefing and coordination of campaigns across the team - the Senior Designer, Brand Manager and Social & Content Manager, Head of Growth ensuring everyone has what they need to execute.
  • Manage timelines, asset trackers and approvals, acting as the operational hub that keeps campaigns running smoothly.
  • Lead end-to-end activation of NPD launches, seasonal moments and key retail windows, from brief to in-market.

Creative Content & Ideas

  • Be the creative engine of the team - bringing a constant stream of ideas for how the brand can show up in fresh, culturally relevant ways.
  • Own the master content plan across social, eCRM, retail, website and DTC - ensuring a consistent pipeline of premium, purposeful content that resonates & drives talkability.
  • Brief the Senior Designer on creative assets with clear direction on messaging, hierarchy and brand rationale.
  • Lead recipe and shoot planning, ensuring content is produced ahead of need and available in the right formats across all channels.
  • Work alongside the Social & Content Manager to ensure content is campaign-connected and consistent in tone and quality.

Digital Marketing (Owned & Paid)

  • Act as the team's digital expert - bringing strong working knowledge of how brand activity translates across digital touchpoints.
  • Oversee and optimise the brand's digital content presence across website, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.
  • Work with the Head of Brand and any Head of Growth on paid social and digital campaign activity - briefing creative, reviewing results and feeding learnings back into planning.
  • Monitor digital performance across channels, generating actionable insights and sharing recommendations with the team.

About You

  • 5 years+ marketing experience within CPG / FMCG, ideally challenger or premium brand.
  • A creative thinker who generates ideas, not just executes instructions.
  • Digitally fluent - confident across content, social, website content and digital performance.
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills - able to hold a complex, multi channel calendar with pace and precision, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, proactive team player who rolls their sleeves up and raises the bar around them, with the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Deep passion for food, culture and building brands that genuinely resonate.

  • Campaign execution delivered on time and to brief.
  • Improvement in digital engagement & performance metrics.
  • Strong creative output that reinforces premium brand positioning.
