Level: Senior
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £36,000–£42,000 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and lead comprehensive personal brand strategies for a portfolio of high-value clients. You'll identify opportunities for growth, analyse performance, and proactively refine strategies to maximise engagement, audience growth, and business impact.
Pod Leadership
Lead your own client pod, managing a Content Writer and Designer to deliver exceptional work. You'll provide clear briefs, maintain high creative standards, manage workloads, and ensure projects are delivered seamlessly and on schedule.
Client Relationship Ownership
Serve as the senior strategic partner for your clients, leading strategy sessions, presenting recommendations, navigating complex conversations, and building long-term, trusted relationships. You'll take full ownership of client success from strategy through to execution.
Specialist Expertise
Develop deep expertise in a specialist area such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, newsletter strategy, video content, audience growth, funnel development, or another key discipline. You'll become the go-to expert within the business, sharing knowledge and helping shape best practice.

Business Development Support
Partner with the commercial team on pitches, proposals, and sales calls, using your strategic expertise to demonstrate value, build credibility, and help win new business.
Mentorship & Team Development
Support the development of junior team members through coaching, feedback, and mentorship. As the lead within your pod, you'll set the benchmark for quality, collaboration, and client excellence while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
About You
We're looking for an experienced strategist and leader who is passionate about personal branding, content, and helping clients build influence on LinkedIn.
You'll ideally have:
- 3–4+ years' experience delivering measurable growth across LinkedIn, personal branding, or social media marketing
- Outstanding writing and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to craft content that resonates with a range of audiences and industries
- Proven experience managing client relationships and acting as a trusted strategic advisor
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop others without micromanaging
- Confidence making independent decisions, adapting strategy based on data, client objectives, and changing priorities
- A proactive mindset that anticipates challenges, identifies opportunities, and thinks beyond day-to-day delivery
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality
- A genuine passion for continuous learning and becoming a recognised expert within your specialist area
