Senior Brand Manager – STADA UK Thornton & Ross

About the Role

Rooted in our values—Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Agility, and One STADA—we seek a Senior Brand Manager to lead our CHC Marketing Team in shaping and delivering a long-term brand strategy that drives sustainable growth and market excellence.
This role will:
- Shape and execute portfolio strategy, ensuring insight-led, consumer-centric decision-making.
- Partner across Marketing, Digital, Insights, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply, and Finance to elevate brand strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of autonomy, accountability, and entrepreneurial ownership.
How You Will Make an Impact
1. 360° Brand Management & Portfolio Leadership
- Develop and ownership of long-term brand strategies and annual plans, grounded in consumer insights and market dynamics.
- Oversee full activation roadmaps across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, shopper marketing, and e-commerce, ensuring integration, consistency, and excellence.
- Prioritise the portfolio through strategic scenario planning to drive growth and profitability.
- Monitor competitive trends and proactively shape brand positioning and category strategy.
- Empower Brand Managers with autonomy while upgrading day-to-day brand execution.
2. Performance, Analytics & Commercial Ownership
- Own and optimise the full brand P&L and A&P budget, ensuring ROI alignment with business goals.
- Lead monthly cross-functional performance reviews, converting insights into strategic recommendations.
- Build and refine analytical dashboards for improved visibility, speed, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales to strengthen customer narratives, refine promotional strategies, and secure distribution.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, including pricing, profitability, and profit-lever opportunities.

3. Innovation, Renovation & Pipeline Acceleration
- Drive innovation strategy across the portfolio, from opportunity identification to business case ownership.
- Oversee NPD/EPD projects with cross-functional alignment, ensuring timely delivery and success at launch.
- Shape the medium-term innovation roadmap alongside global teams, prioritising UK-relevant initiatives.
- Implement post-launch evaluation and continuous optimisation for innovation performance.
- Identify and act on lifecycle renewal opportunities to elevate brand equity and accelerate growth.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead major initiatives across Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical, Finance, and external agencies, driving clarity and accountability.
- Establish marketing excellence frameworks by embedding One STADA processes and a performance-driven culture.
- Strengthen relationships with global teams to influence strategy, secure resources, and promote best practices.
- Represent the brand in key leadership forums with data-backed recommendations.
- Elevate collaboration by fostering empowerment, transparency, and ownership.
5. Capability Building & Team Development
- Contribute to a marketing culture built on curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a visible mentor and coach for Brand Managers, focusing on strategy, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling initiatives within the marketing function.
- Maintain a hands-on, positive, and entrepreneurial approach to drive team success.
What We Are Looking For

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in FMCG or Consumer Health (strong advantage).
- Proven executional excellence with the ability to deliver best-in-class brand-building.
- A high-energy, hands-on mindset paired with a growth-focused attitude.
- Advanced analytical skills, comfortable integrating digital, insights, and performance metrics.
- Bright commercial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L drivers.
- A creative, problem-solving approach alongside a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong influence skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
