Senior Brand Manager - Animal Health

Full Time | Hybrid | London

Drive Global Brand Growth in a Market-Leading Animal Health Portfolio

Are you an experienced brand marketer who combines strategic thinking with commercial awareness? Do you enjoy turning complex concepts into compelling consumer propositions while delivering measurable business results? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a global animal health brand portfolio and influence its growth across multiple international markets.

The Role

As Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the global brand strategy across a diverse portfolio spanning multiple product categories and consumer need states. Working at the intersection of brand, digital and eCommerce, you will ensure a consistent customer experience while driving both brand equity and commercial performance.

This role offers significant exposure across international markets and requires close collaboration with Digital, eCommerce, Creative, Insights and Technical teams. You'll lead the development of brand positioning, content strategies, campaign toolkits and product launch support, ensuring brands remain relevant, differentiated and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage global brand strategy, positioning and portfolio architecture across multiple product ranges.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels and regions.
  • Create and oversee content strategies that support customer engagement, conversion and long-term brand growth.
  • Partner with Digital and eCommerce teams to enhance online brand presence, product content and customer journeys.
  • Support product innovation initiatives through strategic input on launches, packaging, messaging and claims.
  • Build and maintain global brand guidelines, campaign assets and localisation frameworks for international markets.
  • Work closely with internal teams, external agencies and specialist partners to deliver impactful marketing activity.

Key Skills

  • Significant experience in a Senior Brand Management position within a complex, multi-market organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce, digital marketing and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategies.
  • Commercially focused with a proven ability to deliver brand growth alongside business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical information for different audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
  • Experience leading agencies, creative development projects and content-driven campaigns.
  • Highly organised, adaptable and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
