About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Brand Manager to lead the growth of our Kinder Ice Cream and Premium Sticks portfolio across the UK & Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of two of Ferrero's most dynamic brands, developing strategies that strengthen brand equity, drive profitable growth and create meaningful consumer connections.

Working within the Marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering both the long-term brand vision and annual marketing plans. You will lead the development of innovative campaigns, manage significant marketing investment and work collaboratively with Commercial, Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Global Marketing teams to ensure exceptional execution across every touchpoint. As a senior member of the team, you will also play an important role in influencing business decisions, identifying new growth opportunities and developing future marketing talent.

Main Responsibilities

As Senior Brand Manager, you will have end-to-end ownership of the Kinder Ice Cream and Premium Sticks portfolio, ensuring the brands continue to outperform within an increasingly competitive marketplace. You will develop three-year strategic plans and annual marketing programmes that deliver sustainable growth while strengthening Ferrero's premium brand positioning. Through a deep understanding of consumers, shoppers and market trends, you will identify opportunities for innovation, portfolio development and category expansion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
