Senior Brand Manager – Kinder Ice Cream & Premium Sticks (UK & Ireland)
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Brand Manager to drive the growth of our Kinder Ice Cream and Premium Sticks portfolio across the UK & Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of two of Ferrero’s most dynamic brands, delivering strategies that:
- Strengthen brand equity
- Drive profitable growth
- Foster meaningful consumer connections
Based within the Marketing team, you will lead the development of:
- Long-term brand visions
- Annual marketing plans
- Innovative campaign strategies
You’ll collaborate closely with Commercial, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing teams to execute flawless campaign delivery across all touchpoints. As a senior leader, you’ll also influence key business decisions, identify growth opportunities, and nurture emerging marketing talent.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Own the end-to-end leadership of Kinder Ice Cream and Premium Sticks, ensuring sustained brand performance in a competitive landscape.
- Develop three-year strategic plans and annual marketing programmes that align with Ferrero’s premium positioning while driving sustainable growth.
- Leverage consumer, shopper, and market insights to innovate, expand portfolios, and penetrate new categories.
Campaign Execution & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders, including:
- Sales & Category Development
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Global Marketing
- Balance consumer-centric strategies with business priorities to maximize market share and profitability.

Performance & Budget Management
- Oversee the marketing budget and brand performance, continuously evaluating:
- Campaign effectiveness
- Consumer insights
- Competitor dynamics
- Optimise future strategies based on data-driven analysis.
Global & Partner Collaboration
- Foster strong relationships with global marketing teams, external agencies, and manufacturing partners, ensuring:
- Consistent brand execution
- Adherence to Ferrero’s quality and innovation standards.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Coach and mentor your team, cultivating a culture of:
- Collaboration and accountability
- Continuous improvement
- Provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and a culture of high performance.
About You
We’re looking for a results-driven brand marketer with extensive FMCG experience. You should excel in:

- Commercial mindset with a proven track record of building consumer-centric brands.
- Creativity + strategy balance: Crafting innovative campaigns using consumer insights, market data, and financial analysis.
- Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-functional influence, connecting with multiple teams and hierarchical levels.

Expected Experience
- Managing brand P&Ls and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Successfully launching new products, innovations, and category expansions.
- Strong stakeholder management—local and global relationship-building essential.
- Previous team leadership (preferred); coaching, mentoring, and people development experience a plus.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Passionate about crafting legendary brands and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
