The Role: Senior Brand Manager DEWALT Tools & Solutions

Location: Remote in The UK, France or Spain. Must be open to travel across the EMEA ANZ region

The Job:

Are you ready to take DEWALT to new heights? As Senior Brand Manager, Tools & Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how breakthrough innovation comes to market across EMEA ANZ. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic, commercially minded brand leader who can turn product innovation into compelling campaigns, deliver standout launches, and build brand excellence across the region.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end launch of new products and key innovation campaigns across the DEWALT Tools & Solutions portfolio in EMEA ANZ.
  • Own go-to-market planning in partnership with Product and Commercial teams, ensuring launches are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high commercial standard.
  • Develop insight-led campaign strategies and creative platforms that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion with professional end users.
  • Oversee the creation, localisation, and deployment of launch and campaign assets across all relevant channels and touchpoints.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Digital, Shopper Marketing, Product Commercialisation Management, and global brand teams to deliver seamless, integrated execution.
  • Build strong engagement with local and regional markets through regular communication, launch toolkits, and activation support.
  • Champion brand excellence by embedding best practices, developing brand tools and frameworks, and coaching team capability across the organisation.

The Person:

You always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? You care about quality – at every level. You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. In fact, you embrace it. You also have:

  • Significant experience in brand management and/or integrated marketing, ideally within tools, hardware, construction, automotive, professional trade, FMCG, consumer goods, or related sectors.
  • A strong track record of developing and delivering brand strategies and campaigns that build brand equity, support category growth, and drive commercial results at scale.
  • Expertise in brand positioning, value proposition development, and creating compelling brand narratives across multiple audiences, channels, and touchpoints.
  • Experience leading complex product launches, paid media campaigns, and multi-channel marketing activity across B2B and B2C environments.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, project management, and commercial acumen, with the ability to use insights and performance data to shape decisions and demonstrate impact.
  • Comfortable working across multiple markets in a fast-paced environment, with willingness to travel across EMEA ANZ and additional European language skills considered an advantage.
