Senior Brand Manager
Senior EMEA Brand Performance Manager – Contract Role
About the Role
An unmatched opportunity to work for a global brand within their high-performing Marketing team.
This is a 6-9 month contract role, working 3 days per week at the company’s offices near Uxbridge West London.
Role Overview
This position sits at the heart of EMEA brand performance, acting as the key bridge between Global Brand Teams and regional commercial execution. You will:
- Shape product ranges to meet EMEA consumer and retail needs
- Influence marketing strategy
- Drive performance across EMEA markets
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand & Range Leadership
- Partner with Global Brand Teams to guide product development, ensuring alignment with EMEA consumer and retail requirements
- Own the selection and management of the EMEA product range for assigned brands
- Lead initial EMEA forecast recommendations and provide strategic input into regional budgeting

Marketing & Commercial Planning
- Serve as the EMEA voice in global marketing planning, offering guidance on campaign execution, media, and PR strategy
- Develop customer marketing strategies and create compelling tentpole briefs for regional deployment
- Build and present EMEA preview decks, integrating brand strategy with product storytelling
Execution & Enablement
- Train internal teams on product ranges to enhance customer-facing pitches
- Take a lead role in regional projects—covering planning, presentations, and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with Licensed Consumer Products, Promotions, and Live Brand Experience (LBE) teams to:
- Unlock incremental opportunities
- Support key initiatives
Performance & Governance
- Monitor and analyze brand and item-level performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Lead regular brand update cycles, ensuring cross-market alignment through reporting and communications

Stakeholder & Licensor Management
- Build strong, trusted relationships with licensors, acting as the EMEA advocate
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Global, Regional, and Local markets
Core Requirements
Experience
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience in brand management, commercial brand management, or category management—**ideally in FMCG, consumer products, or licensing-driven businesses
- A proven track record of owning a product range or category, including:
- Assortment decisions
- Product lifecycle management (from development input → launch → performance tracking)
- Hands-on experience in:
- Forecasting
- Budgeting
- End-to-end commercial planning
