About the Role
As a Senior Brand Marketing Executive, you’ll play a central role in planning, executing, and safeguarding the Virgin Bet brand strategy across key areas:
- Brand development & guardianship
- Communications, campaign & media planning
- Creative development & delivery
- Sponsorship coordination & execution
- PR & brand engagement
- Marketing effectiveness measurement
By leveraging your expertise, you’ll shape campaigns, partnerships, and performance insights to strengthen the Virgin Bet brand.

Brand & Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with agencies and in-house teams to co-create brand campaigns, media plans, and sponsorship activations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead brand sponsorship management, including racecourse activations, and development of marketing collateral across the UK.
- Support media deal negotiations and execution, ensuring on-brand execution.
Research & Performance
- Develop and refine brand performance frameworks, conducting market research, evaluations of sponsorship ROI, and media effectiveness to guide strategic decisions.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs, ROI metrics, and campaign effectiveness, regularly reporting insights to inform future initiatives.
Financial & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain and update the master brand budget, tracking financials across campaigns.
- Act as the primary brand advocate, fostering relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support seamless execution.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of brand/marketing leadership, proven in client-side or agency roles.
- Advantageous: Experience in sports betting or gaming industries.
- Strong agency management and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and campaign/project management ability.
- Practical experience in creative briefing, design coordination, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Commercial acumen, blending brand growth with bottom-line results.
