About My Money Matters
My Money Matters is a leading financial health platform on a mission to help public sector workers make the most of their salary—through education and products like:
- Pension top-ups
- On-demand pay
- Automated savings
72% of public sector workers are just one bad month away from financial difficulty. We’re here to change that. Through innovative financial products, education, and our digital money coach, we empower people to take control of their financial future—whether that’s:
- Buying their first home
- Boosting their pension
- Planning for retirement
Already trusted by major organisations like the NHS, we’re growing quickly and building a team of ambitious, commercially minded people who want their work to make a meaningful impact.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to own the full B2C customer journey, from the moment someone first hears about us to the moment they become an active member.
This is a role for a strategic operator: someone who gets just as excited about a great campaign concept as they do about conversion rates. You’ll build brand experiences that drive attention and direct engagement channels that turn that awareness into action.
You will: ✔ Be the hands-on operator, overseeing every customer touchpoint and engaging with hundreds of thousands of public sector workers ✔ Develop high-impact campaigns with a strong creative core, rooted in real customer insights ✔ Execute end-to-end B2C campaigns across all channels
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Brand Building
- Develop brand campaigns with a compelling creative idea, turning customer insights into memorable experiences
- Ensure all marketing touchpoints align with customer needs and business goals
- Elevate the visual and messaging consistency across all branding efforts

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
