Your Role at a Glance
As a Senior Brand & Packaging Designer, you will help shape and scale FMCG brands across packaging, campaigns, and digital touchpoints. You will own the end-to-end design process, from concept through to final artwork, ensuring every output is consistent, commercially effective, and aligned to brand strategy.
Your main focus will be delivering packaging design and 360° creative across social, paid, e-commerce, retail, and marketplace channels, while building and maintaining brand systems and Figma templates that enable consistent execution across teams.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and production partners to ensure all creative is fit for purpose and ready for market, including print production and supplier coordination.
This role is ideal for someone with strong FMCG brand and packaging experience, excellent craft skills, and a strong understanding of multi-channel design, who enjoys working across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
