Role: Senior Brand Partnerships Manager
Salary: Up to £70,000 plus car allowance and bonuses Location: Berkshire Type: Hybrid | Full Time | Permanent
Shape the next big beauty brands…! We're partnering with one of the UK's leading beauty distributors - 30 years bringing international beauty and wellness brands into major retailers including Boots, Superdrug, Amazon, Tesco, and Sainsbury's. Having just transitioned to employee ownership, they're entering their next phase of growth and looking for a commercially driven Senior Brand Partnerships Manager - New Business to help lead it.
The Opportunity
A brand-new role with real visibility. You'll discover the next generation of beauty and wellness brands, build the partnerships and help shape the future portfolio. If you love spotting trends early, building relationships, and turning opportunity into commercial reality - this is a rare one.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and evaluate new beauty and wellness brands with strong UK growth potential.
- Build a pipeline of future brand partners.
- Develop relationships with retailers, founders, consultants, and industry leaders.
- Represent the business at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
- Analyse market trends, retailer data, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
- Create commercial recommendations and business cases for new partnerships.
- Support retailer innovation programmes and new business initiatives.
- Help onboard and launch new brands into the UK market.

What we're looking for
- Experience within beauty, FMCG, or retail.
- Strong knowledge of the UK beauty landscape and a passion for trends and innovation.
- Experience working with retailers such as Boots, Superdrug, Amazon, or major beauty ecommerce accounts.
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills.
- Confident in building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
