Major Players are partnering with a reputable, award-winning Employer Brand and People Communications agency to hire a Brand Strategist. The team delivers strategies, digital solutions, and multimedia campaigns for globally renowned blue chip and consumer brands, spanning hospitality, retail, and professional services.

This is a key and senior hire within the Strategy & Insight team, helping clients make better decisions about how they attract, recruit, retain, and motivate people. The work spans EVPs built from research with leaders and employees, channel and content strategies for recruitment campaigns, audience insight into talent competition, and engagement and internal communications work that helps organizations retain and motivate existing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead your own projects end to end from scoping and planning through to delivery.
  • Facilitate international client engagement through in-person executive consultations, workshops, and cross-functional focus groups.
  • Translate findings into clear strategies and recommendations that senior stakeholders act on, helping clients embed their EVP and employer brand across large, complex organizations.
  • Shape proposals and RFP responses.
  • Take a lead and proactive role in pitches.
  • Line manage and develop junior team members.

Experience required

  • A solid agency background with previous experience working on employer brand, recruitment marketing, employee engagement, and internal communications workstreams.
  • Solid experience leading research and strategy projects for large organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including building lasting partnerships with C-suite.
  • The ability to distill research, data, and differing opinions into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proven experience shaping, leading, and winning pitches.
