Senior Branding Designer
- Salary: £55,000 to £65,000
- Location: Central London
- Work Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office

The Role
As a Senior Designer, you'll work at the intersection of strategy and creativity, helping to create bold, transformative brand experiences for a wide range of clients. You'll collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategists, and Client Services teams to develop brand identities, visual systems, and creative solutions that solve real business challenges. You'll also play an important role in mentoring more junior designers and helping elevate creative standards across the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Create distinctive brand identities and visual systems
- Develop strategically driven creative concepts from insight through to execution
- Lead creative thinking across a range of complex brand challenges
- Present ideas confidently to clients and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, and client services
- Mentor and support junior designers
- Champion creativity, innovation, and emerging design trends
- Contribute to new business opportunities, thought leadership, and creative excellence

- Passionate about the future of branding and the evolving role of design
- Digital-first or motion-led branding experience
- Exposure to emerging technologies and innovation-led projects
- Previous mentoring or team leadership experience
