Senior Broadcast Systems Engineer
Sr. 3rd Level Technical Support Engineer (Graphics & AR/VR) – Haystack Partner Role
The Role
- Provide global 3rd level engineering support for graphics and AR/VR systems
- Conduct laboratory testing of new software versions, track bugs, and monitor hardware performance
- Troubleshoot technical issues, manage support tickets, and liaise with suppliers/vendors
- Be available for on-call shifts to address major incidents and emergencies
- Develop and update technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Train and oversee knowledge transfer for Tier 2 support staff and team members

What You'll Need
- Strong experience with broadcasting equipment used in live productions
- Proven knowledge of 2D and 3D graphic systems (including tracking systems)
- Demonstrated methodical troubleshooting skills in both lab environments and live support situations
- Exceptional attention to detail, with experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork
- Experience with cloud-based production solutions (a plus)
