The opportunity This London-based position is central to Adobe’s global marketing team covering EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. You will report to the Director of Strategy & Operations, International Marketing. You will serve as the expert on international marketing budgets throughout the entire process—planning, forecasting, governance, in-quarter changes, and close-out. You will work closely with marketing leaders across the three regions. Your main goal is to design scalable methods that facilitate Adobe’s international growth. These methods involve systems, tools, and procedures tailored for a global, multi-region, multi-currency business, aided by automation, AI-powered workflows, and well-planned data governance. What you will do Direct the international marketing budget across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC — annual planning, quarterly revisions, in-quarter reallocations, and close Translate regional strategy into a clear, well-governed investment plan and Surface risks and opportunities early Align processes, taxonomies, and reporting with global standards while making space for regional nuance Build scalable planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions, Bring automation and AI-enabled workflows into the planning lifecycle and Champion clear taxonomies and shared sources of truth Build executive-ready Power BI reporting that helps leaders make confident decisions What you will bring A strong background in marketing finance, marketing operations, FP&A, or commercial finance, ideally in a global technology, SaaS, or consumer business Experience working across more than one international region Proven experience leading and growing a small team Comfort partnering with senior leaders on in-quarter trade-offs Strong Excel skills (modeling, Power Query, dynamic arrays, scenario building) Confident Power BI skills (data modeling, semantic models, executive-ready dashboards) Hands-on experience using AI and modern automation! Thoughtful approach to data governance Clear, kind communication with senior partners! Nice to have: experience with Anaplan, SAP, Workfront or similar planning and spend-management platforms; experience partnering with Corporate or global functions; experience working with multinational teams.
