We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join Warwick Building Control an established shared service involving two local authorities. We are committed to providing a customer focused service.
Warwick Building Control has been running for over 10 years as a shared service with Rugby Borough Council, where Warwick is the lead Authority. We are a successful, established, busy team, which is evidenced through are substantive market share, and positive customer feed-back. More recently we achieved a very positive audit by BSI regarding ISO 9001:2015 LABC Quality Management System.
In addition to holding formal qualifications in Building Control, such as membership of the RICS, CABE or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a BCO, and appropriate registration with the BSR, you will be self-motivated and well organised. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, combined with excellent interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to use modern IT software.
