🔌 Building Services – Senior / Principal Electrical Engineer
Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Building Services – Senior / Principal Electrical Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team based in Motherwell. This permanent opportunity offers the chance to work on a variety of technically challenging building services projects within a collaborative and innovative environment.
About the Role
As a Building Services – Senior / Principal Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical design solutions across a range of projects. You’ll produce detailed design deliverables including drawings, specifications, and reports, complete site surveys, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant outcomes. You will also support project delivery, contribute to tender activity, and play a key role in mentoring early-career engineers.

Key Requirements and Benefits
✅ Key requirements:
- Chartered (or working towards) with CIBSE or IET
- Strong experience in electrical building services design
- Knowledge of BIM, Navisworks, AutoCAD, DIALux, and related tools
