Chartered Building Surveyor – City of London
£60,000 – £75,000 DOE | Hybrid Working
Hunter Dunning is working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor in London. This role sits within the Surveying & Project Management sector, delivering commercial Building Surveying services across the UK.
You will lead instructions from inception to completion, combining professional services and project delivery across the commercial property market.

Your Experience
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS qualified
- Minimum one year post-qualification experience within a consultancy environment
- Commercial Building Surveying services including dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence, and contract administration
- Experience acting as Project Manager or Employer’s Agent
- Strong working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Experience within the Surveying & Project Management sector and commercial property market
