Chartered Building Surveyor – Birmingham
My client is a growing property consultancy is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional seeking rapid career progression, meaningful involvement in shaping business direction, and exposure to a diverse client base across multiple asset types.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, gaining a clear understanding of their objectives and helping deliver tailored solutions. The role involves collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including property agents, managing agents, solicitors, and other industry professionals, providing an excellent platform to expand both local and national networks.

- Acquisition surveys and due diligence
