Senior Building Surveyor
Project Delivery & Professional Services | London
£65,000 - £75,000 + Industry-Leading Bonus Incentive
A boutique, London-based commercial property consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor (MRICS qualified) to join its team, working across a varied mix of project delivery and professional services instructions.
Working alongside a blue-chip client portfolio of prestigious landed estates, funds, and investors, this is an opportunity to gain the level of client exposure and project quality you'd expect from a larger corporate consultancy, combined with the autonomy of a boutique environment.
Well known for promoting internally to Director level, the business offers a genuinely direct route for ambitious surveyors to progress, alongside one of the most lucrative bonus models in the market.
The Role
As Senior Building Surveyor, you will:

- Deliver a varied caseload spanning project delivery and professional services instructions
- Lead on Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for complex acquisitions
- Manage Dilapidations instructions from inception through to resolution
- Take ownership of projects and instructions with genuine autonomy
- Work directly with a portfolio of landed estates, funds, and institutional investors
- Build and develop client relationships, contributing to the growth of the business

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualified (Building Surveying pathway)
- Strong all-round experience across project delivery and professional services
- Experience with Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations
- Comfortable leading projects and instructions with autonomy
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ambition to progress towards Director level
