Your New Role
You will join the team in Birmingham as a Senior Building Surveyor, working across both projects and professional work. Your focus will primarily be on the education, housing, and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project management teams
- Conduct condition surveys and reports
- Manage client relationships and grow your client base
- Deliver tailored solutions for construction, property, and development projects

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- MRICS qualification or equivalent experience
- Building surveying experience with a strong track record
- Passion for working with a leading consultancy and the opportunity for career growth
