Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Experienced Building Surveyor ideally with experience in Insurance Re-instatement Works. The role involves conducting building condition surveys, scoping inspections, managing contracts, and carrying out feasibility studies for a range of projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to grow and develop an existing service line and build solid relationships with key clients. The surveyor will work closely with clients and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Surveying and Defect Analysis
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to produce detailed specifications.
- Experience with Feasibility Studies and Contract Management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities is essential.
- Appropriate professional qualifications such as RICS accreditation are highly desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality work in a remote environment
