Innes England is continuing to grow following a number of significant client wins and is looking to appoint an MRICS Senior Building Surveyor to join its established Building Consultancy team.

With over 25 years of success across the Midlands, Innes England has built an outstanding reputation for delivering expert advice to landlords, investors, occupiers, and developers across the commercial property sector.

The Role

Working across a varied commercial property portfolio, you'll deliver a broad mix of professional and project instructions, including:

  • Dilapidations for both landlords and tenants
  • Project Management
  • Contract Administration
  • Technical Due Diligence
  • Development Monitoring
  • Party Wall Matters
  • Schedules of Condition
  • Condition Surveys

You'll ideally have:

  • MRICS qualification
  • Commercial Building Surveying experience
  • Strong experience across professional instructions and project work
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • The ability to manage your own workload
  • A collaborative and commercially-minded approach

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
  • Car Allowance: £6,000 per annum
  • Bonus: Generous contractual bonus scheme
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid
