Chartered Building Surveyor (Commercial) Location: Leeds Experience: 0–3 years PQE (MRICS)
We are working with a highly regarded boutique property consultancy with a strong regional presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality advice across the commercial property sector. The firm combines the feel of a close-knit, entrepreneurial practice with the depth, systems and client base of a well-established multi-office business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the Leeds office and work across a varied commercial portfolio, delivering a balanced mix of professional and project services.
The opportunity: Delivery of professional building surveying services across commercial property Project work including refurbishments, fit-outs and capital works Building surveys, condition surveys and technical due diligence Dilapidations acting for landlords and tenants Planned preventative maintenance and lifecycle reporting Direct client contact and responsibility for managing instructions Working across office, industrial and retail assets Collaboration with colleagues across well-appointed regional offices

About you MRICS qualified Building Surveyor 0–3 years post-qualification experience Experience in commercial property (offices, industrial and/or retail) Comfortable undertaking both professional and project work Client-facing, proactive and technically sound Keen to develop your career within a boutique consultancy environment
