Location: Milton Keynes and London – Hybrid (2 office days)
Salary: £65,000
Contract Type: Permanent
We are looking for a highly influential Senior Business Analyst to join Personal Group at a pivotal moment in our growth and transformation journey.
This is not a traditional BA role. We need a strategic storyteller, someone who can take complex data, insights, and business challenges and translate them into clear, compelling narratives that shape decisions at the highest level of the organisation.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, data, and delivery, partnering with senior leadership and the C-suite to define, articulate, and drive our vision, ensuring every initiative is aligned to our 5-year business plan and ambitious revenue targets.
You’ll lead end-to-end transformation, from discovery through to implementation, ensuring that change is not only delivered, but understood, adopted, and impactful across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Requirements Leadership
- Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering across business initiatives
- Define and implement best practice standards for business analysis and documentation
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, workflows, and business rules
Process Analysis & Optimisation
- Analyse current-state processes across insurance, rewards, and benefits offerings
- Map end-to-end customer and operational journeys
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and optimisation
- Recommend improvements to enhance scalability, reduce costs, and improve customer experience

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
