Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leadership, translating pricing and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Lead pricing reviews and guidance discussions with key stakeholders and business leaders
- Own and maintain pricing models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution
- Analyze pricing trends, discounts, and revenue performance to identify opportunities for growth and profitability improvement
- Monitor, interpret, and communicate key pricing and operational performance metrics
- Present findings, recommendations, and business opportunities through clear and effective presentations to various levels of management
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to enhance reporting capabilities and improve business visibility
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support decision-making
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects requiring cross-functional collaboration and strong analytical expertise
- Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices related to pricing and analytics processes
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members

Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in business analytics, pricing analysis, financial analysis, sales analytics, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience analyzing complex data and delivering actionable business recommendations
- Experience supporting leadership teams with data-driven decision-making
- Progressive experience in pricing strategy, revenue analysis, profitability analysis, or commercial analytics
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments

Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Strong SQL and data manipulation experience
- Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources
- Strong understanding of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Ability to transform data into meaningful insights and business recommendations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
