Senior Business Analyst – Digital Delivery (Contract)Birmingham (Hybrid – mostly remote) | 3-month contract

We are hiring an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact digital transformation programme. You will play a key role in shaping platform enhancements that improve customer and operational digital services.

This is a hands-on role working across business and technical teams to define requirements, improve user journeys, and support delivery of new and enhanced platform capability.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications Facilitate workshops to define and refine solution scope Map end-to-end user journeys and support UX improvements Analyse platform capability and identify enhancement opportunities Document processes, data flows, and system integrations Work closely with product, technical teams, and delivery squads Support backlog refinement and agile ceremonies

Key Skills & Experience
