Senior Business Analyst (12-Month FTC)

Edinburgh (Hybrid – 2-3 days per week in the office)
£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

We're working with a long-standing Edinburgh-based organisation with a genuinely outstanding culture and superb city-centre offices. As part of a major operational transformation programme, they are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role will focus on:

  • Understanding and improving operational processes
  • Leading requirements gathering
  • Process mapping
  • Stakeholder workshops
  • Vendor selection activities
  • Supporting the implementation of new systems and ways of working

You'll work closely with both technology and business teams, to help deliver meaningful change across a complex operational environment.
