Senior Business Analyst (12-Month FTC)
Edinburgh (Hybrid – 2-3 days per week in the office)
£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
We're working with a long-standing Edinburgh-based organisation with a genuinely outstanding culture and superb city-centre offices. As part of a major operational transformation programme, they are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role will focus on:
- Understanding and improving operational processes
- Leading requirements gathering
- Process mapping
- Stakeholder workshops
- Vendor selection activities
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and ways of working
You'll work closely with both technology and business teams, to help deliver meaningful change across a complex operational environment.

- Strong communication skills

- Stakeholder engagement
- Delivering change initiatives from discovery through to implementation
Experience within technology, operational, logistics, transport, or service-driven environments would be advantageous.
