We at Coforge are hiring for Senior Business Analyst with the following skillset.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications for lending systems and applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization across the lending lifecycle.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies to support business initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Create and maintain business documentation, including:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
- Use Cases
- User Stories
- Process Flows
- Support testing activities by defining test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and validating solutions against business requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT/delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and market changes impacting lending operations.
- Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.

- Strong understanding of lending products, lending lifecycle, credit processes, and banking regulations.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Banking or Financial Services.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, technology teams, and project stakeholders.
