Senior Business Analyst - Digital Transformation

Key Responsibilities

Transformational Leadership

  • Play a key role in delivering our digital transformation across:
    • Systems
    • Processes
    • Full end-to-end customer journeys
  • Lead meaningful change and champion customer-centric, data-driven outcomes.

Strategy and Execution

  • Operate at a strategic level, translating business strategy into actionable and measurable outcomes.
  • Combine strong hands-on execution skills with detailed analysis, leveraging Agile practices.

Stakeholder Influence

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, software architects, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery of digital initiatives.
  • Provide constructive challenge, effectively influencing decision-making across the organisation.

Leadership Development

  • Deputise for the Head of Digital Transformation and assist in shaping the direction of the team.
  • Contribute to building capability by designing modern Business Analyst (BA) practices, including:
    • Agile methodologies
    • Product-led approaches
    • Data-driven principles

Requirements

For this Senior Business Analyst position, we’re looking for an experienced professional who:

  • A strong track record of delivering as a Senior Business Analyst in digital or transformation environments.
  • Accredited experience in complex, cross-functional initiatives where multiple priorities must be managed effectively.
  • Proven ability to:
    • Elicit, structure, and document fully developed requirements, translating stakeholder needs into testable and achievable backlog items.
    • Effectively work with Agile artefacts, including user stories and backlog management.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ITSM (IT Service Management) platforms. Experience with Salesforce is welcome but not essential.
  • Facilitation skills to run workshops and engagements with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Confidence in providing constructive insights and challenging conventional approaches to .
  • Capability to work seamlessly with software architects and third-party vendors, ensuring proper requirements are met.
  • Drive solutions that are fit for purpose, demonstrate repeatable success, and outweigh traditional or legacy IT approaches.
