We at Coforge are looking for Payments Business Analyst in Milton Keynes, UK.

Core Purpose of Role

Manages the scope, requirements analysis and business solution design of projects/changes. Typically including planning, eliciting, analysing, defining and communicating requirements for changes to our systems that support our strategy, objectives and regulations.

Accountabilities

  • Demonstrates TSB behaviours whilst carrying out all aspects of role.
  • Manages self to ensure adherence to TSB risk and compliance policies and relevant external regulatory frameworks.
  • Contributes in providing a range of information, interpretation and guidance which enables business areas to assess the downstream implications linked to their decisions.
  • Supports the delivery of agreed change to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Recommends areas for change and supports their Feature Team and leadership in delivery of agreed deliveries to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Contributes to a high performing team by continually learning and developing, supporting the wider team through knowledge sharing.

  • Produce high quality Agile Business Analyst deliverables such as User Stories with accompanying Acceptance Criteria in the BDD format, Data Dictionaries, Process Flows, and Journey Designs whilst adhering to TSB’s governance and change policies.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to establish the problem, influence the solution design to meet business goals, define the scope and strategy requirements in line with our change governance methodology and model.
  • Provides timely and regular updates on status of deliverables.
  • Provide input into the identification delivery benefits, traceability of requirements and impact of solutions.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills – both with their Feature Team and at all levels in the organisation – in being able to communicate ideas, proposals, issues and implications of their projects.
  • Proactively looks for better and demonstrates initiative in spotting opportunities and solving problems.
  • Understand interdependencies and the impacts of the change.
  • Plans and organises own time to maximise effectiveness, including maintaining effective time recording.
  • Owns personal development plan and associated activity, keeps their knowledge of policy, process and organisational news up to date and relevant. Contributes to a high performing team and the development of others through knowledge sharing.
  • Takes a data-led approach to using judgement and making decisions and producing solutions that are aligned to TSB strategy.
  • Develops and maintains a good level knowledge across a number of individual business/product areas to understand their needs.
  • Contributes to pre-project consultancy providing support and guidance to the business teams on engaging the change process.
  • Maintains networks with a diverse group of stakeholders to support the delivery of projects and champions the CIO Function.
