Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst looking to make an impact within a high-profile government programme?
We're seeking a collaborative and adaptable professional who can drive business analysis excellence while championing Agile best practices across delivery teams.

- Up to £500pd

- Active SC Clearance (essential)

The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes while helping to embed and promote Agile ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across complex programmes and projects.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
- Coach and mentor colleagues, supporting knowledge transfer and capability development.
- Encourage and embed best practices for Agile delivery and workload management.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while adapting to changing priorities.
- Support Agile delivery using Azure DevOps for backlog and work management (preferred).
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure business needs are understood and delivered.

About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience coaching others and promoting continuous improvement.
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
- Active SC Clearance and British nationality are essential.
