We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is highly client-facing focused and eager to help shape the future of our digital products. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exciting new project for one of our key clients in industrial manufacturing. This project is focused on creating a new customer portal for our client’s customers, which will be a business-critical digital channel for them.
The project sits within a broader programme of work, where we are helping our client to transform their digital estate. You will be collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders from across the globe. The technology platform of choice for this work is Adobe, and the successful candidate will need to have significant experience of working with AEM.
You should be a strong communicator who can collaborate at all levels and advise our client stakeholders and our internal teams in their decision making.
What You'll Do
Sitting between UX, technical development, and client BA teams, the Senior Business Analyst will drive the creation of detailed component and page template specifications within JIRA. Acting as an integral part of the experience design process, the Senior BA will use their AEM knowledge and experience to support the creation of a complete suite of authoring tools.
Responsibilities will include:
- Requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep dive sessions.
- Own the capturing and end-to-end management of functional requirements, across the full product lifecycle, from ideation to successful sign-off.
- Creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM component and templates.
- Collaborating with all internal and external teams to fully develop requirements, by highlighting edge case scenarios and helping to anticipate gaps and unknowns.
- Actively resolving blockers and unknowns relating to requirements and scope.
- Proactively supporting client product owners to capture & finalize requirement detail, and articulate decisions to the wider team.
- Transferring completed functional tickets to the client BAs, and ensuring all details are understood.
- Helping prioritize backlog functionality in line with strategic goals and considerations.
- Serving as the single point of contact for all matters relating to scope and related decisions.
- Contributing and partaking in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
- Helping to identify opportunities for improvement and feature enhancements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
