Senior Business Analyst | Business Change & Transformation
Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Are you a Senior Business Analyst who enjoys driving meaningful business change rather than simply gathering requirements?
We're partnering with a leading Insurance organisation undergoing a significant business transformation programme. Having grown its Change function substantially over recent years, the business is now looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping the future of its Business Analysis capability while delivering high-profile transformation initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, and wants to help establish best practice within a growing, high-performing Change function.
The Opportunity
You'll join an established Change team delivering a diverse portfolio of strategic business transformation programmes. Working alongside Project Managers, Business Analysts, PMO and Change professionals, you'll be responsible for leading business analysis across multiple initiatives while helping to improve standards, governance and methodologies across the wider BA community.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
