Senior Business Analyst (Senior Consultant)

Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + comprehensive benefits package

Location / Working Model: London | Hybrid working available | UK travel

  • Analyse current and future business processes to identify improvements and create clear transformation roadmaps
  • Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, translate needs, and support effective delivery
  • Develop process models, documentation, business cases, and solution recommendations
  • Facilitate workshops that connect business teams with technical specialists
  • Support testing, change adoption, and project delivery from early discovery through implementation

You Will Need

  • 5+ years’ experience in business analysis within complex change or transformation environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with confidence leading workshops and discussions
  • Experience across full project lifecycles, including Agile delivery approaches
  • Knowledge of process modelling techniques, requirements management, and analysis tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
