We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our team to deliver projects for our clients across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on delivering Business Applications. This is a full-time, permanent role. About the Job
Fundamentally, this job involves taking overall responsibility for eliciting, understanding and translating requirements and mapping them to the Microsoft Business Application technologies we use to deliver them. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Ideally, you’ll have worked within a consultancy, or people services organisation, delivering business applications projects and understand the needs of these organisations. You’ll have worked under pressure and to tight deadlines in the past, we wont tell you that there won’t be pressure and deadlines, but with us, you are supported by a community of BAs and tech consultants that are there to help. You’ll know how to prepare for and conduct requirements workshops, taking a lead to ensure you ask the right questions, and get the answers you need to successfully deliver a project.
You’ll learn from us and we’ll learn from you. You’ll get plenty of support along the way. You’ll have the freedom and autonomy to do your best work. We work on trust, and everyone in our BA team values the flexibility that trust provides.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
We don’t expect you to know everything about the specific technologies we are delivering, now or after you decide to work here, but it would help if you know how to use no-code / low code tools such as configurable CRM systems, Power Apps, Dynamics 365 or similar tooling. Our Business Analysts like to configure both real working proof of concepts as well as traditional wireframes and visualisations, and its not one size fits all when it comes to outputs.
About You
We’re looking for someone with demonstrable Senior Business Analyst experience. You might have delivered Microsoft Business Applications projects in the past. You might not. We care about what you can do and how you do it, not about how you got here. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication skills and be results focused. You’ll understand different approaches when eliciting requirements in both waterfall and agile projects. You are the type of person who genuinely wants your customers to feel they are getting value.
We understand that the average working environment isn’t what it used to be. In the BA practice, we are super people focused. We want you to want to be a part of our team, and we invest in making it a nice place to work. We work from where we are comfortable, but we do come together to collaborate, in person. We are friendly, We are quick to trust. We see things through. We’re kind to each other, look up to each other, and support each other. We achieve together. We are colleagues who may sometimes disagree and that’s OK.
We value people who can take a stand yet commit to deliver even when they disagree, and we understand the value in others being heard. We subject all ideas to consideration and challenge each other, but all remember that we’re here for the same purpose: to do good work together and deliver for our customers. That comes with direct feedback, openness to each other’s’ experience, and willingness to show up for each other as well as for the work at hand.
Please note that the successful candidate must complete a client side security clearance check
