Senior Business Analyst (Beckman Coulter Diagnostics - EMEA)

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll deliver high-quality, actionable insights to the commercial organization, ensuring effective customer relationship management, sales performance monitoring, and contract profitability tracking.


Key Duties

  • Integrate data sources to generate business insights, defining and monitoring KPIs to drive results.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, develop dashboards, and support EU profitability tracking.
  • Support sales strategies, solving complex issues and resolving recurrent operational gaps with data-driven solutions.
  • Optimise sales budgeting/forecasting processes, reducing inefficiencies in Sales and non-Sales operations.
  • Manage CRM systems, ensuring high data quality, user training, and system enhancements.
  • Contribute to EU pricing processes, participate in CPQ tool updates, and refine customer offer profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives in sales analytics, process improvement, and business transformation, fostering stakeholder alignment.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
  • Proficient in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design) and data architecture principles.
  • Strong critical thinker—excellent at problem-solving, root cause analysis, and solution translation.
  • Detail-oriented, with a logical, disciplined approach. Thrives in pressured, fast-moving environments.
  • Flexibility to meet evolving priorities in unstructured workflows.

Preferred Experience:

  • SQL and relational database expertise.
  • Sales operations experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Lean Change Management Models mastery.
  • Spanish/Italian/European languages fluency.

Travel & Work Arrangements

  • 20% travel within territory.
  • Fully remote role covering UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Nordic countries.
