Senior Business Analyst – Capital Projects (Primavera) Location: Bradford (Onsite – 3 days/week), Hybrid Contract Type: Full-time, 6-12 month contract (IR35), extension potential Language: English-speaking Start: ASAP
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with P3M (Portfolio, Programme & Project Management) experience in capital projects to support requirements gathering for a P3M transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Develop, document, and maintain:
- Requirements catalogues
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Functional specifications
- Model business processes (Level 2 & Level 3) using:
- BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- MS Visio or similar tools (e.g., Blue Works Live)
- Document as-is vs. to-be processes and target operating models
- Conduct:
- Business capability mapping
- Gap analysis
- Change impact assessments
- Root cause analysis

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Expertise in:
- Process design & optimization
- Business Architecture
- Advanced proficiency with:
- BPMN
- Process modelling tools (e.g., MS Visio, Blue Works Live)
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills
