Senior Business Analyst
Hybrid (Birmingham)
Client-Facing Consulting Role
TXP is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our growing Technology Division, helping clients deliver complex business and digital transformation programmes. Working across the full project lifecycle, you'll turn business challenges into practical solutions, engaging stakeholders, shaping requirements, and ensuring successful delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and business analysis activities.
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analyse and improve business processes, systems, and data flows.
- Define and document business and non-functional requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and user journeys.
- Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and UX teams.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to the BA practice.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' Business Analysis experience, ideally within an IT consultancy environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of BPMN, process modelling, user stories, requirements management, and data analysis.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Git.
- Technical awareness of APIs, integrations, and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Desirable
- Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Pensions, Public Sector, or other regulated industries.
- Business Analysis certifications such as BCS, IIBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to support analysis and documentation.
