Can you lead and manage a team of business analysts to design efficient processes and build changes directly into systems? If so, join us!

We are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to join the Shared Care Information Systems (SCIS) Team, which delivers system developments for Adult Social Care and Children’s Services.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead developments to the SystemC Liquidlogic portals and case management systems through design and build. Implementing changes by providing continual system improvements ensuring compliance with local and national requirements.

You will be part of a team of Senior Business Analysts, each leading on a particular system/service area. You will work flexibly to cover for each other when needed, with occasional weekend working to support system upgrades.

You will line manage a small team of Business Analysts motivating and coaching them whilst overseeing compliance with business analysis standards and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead developments to the SystemC Liquidlogic portals and case management systems
  • Implement changes by providing continual system improvements
  • Ensure compliance with local and national requirements
  • Line manage a team of Business Analysts
  • Motivate and coach the team
  • Oversee compliance with business analysis standards and techniques

Working Conditions

Whilst we offer flexible working, providing you with the necessary equipment to work between home and the office you will be required to attend the office in Eastbourne, East Sussex a minimum of 1 day per week and must demonstrate how you will manage this within your application.
