This role focuses on leading technology-driven change across supply chain, planning, manufacturing, and quality processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business partners, technology teams, suppliers, and delivery teams to:
- Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and process improvements.
- Drive process automation, digital transformation, and ERP/ERP-related optimisations.
The successful candidate must enjoy business analysis, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement within this high-growth environment.

Primary Work Considerations
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritisation across major change initiatives.
- Support SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and supply chain planning improvements.
- Act as a workstream lead on large projects or manage smaller-scale, high-impact business changes.
- Design, refine, and adopt new business processes, including UAT coordination, training, and adoption support.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Analysts, functional consultants, and multi-functional project teams.
Requirements
Essential Experience & Skills
- 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience within Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid environments.
- Strong expertise in:
- BA methods, requirements management, process framing, and solution design.
- SAP ecosystems (thoughtfully, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP IBP, or similar ERP/planning tools).
- Supply Chain Management (SCM), S&OP, Manufacturing, Quality, and MES optimisation.
- Stakeholder management with senior-level teamwork.
- Technical delivery expertise—delivering high-value application/technological business change.
- A proven track record in change management, process automation, or ERP/ERP migration projects.
Nice-to-Have Experiences
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or industrial supply chains.
- Exposure to:
- EDI, SAP Ariba, Order-to-Invoice, Exceedra, or sales promotions tools.
- AI or analytics-driven solutions.
- Business Analysis certifications (e.g., Agile Business Analysis, CBAP, IIBA).
