Senior Business Analyst – Insurance Transformation (London) 📍 London (Hybrid – 3 days in office) 💰 Competitive salary + bonus + benefits
Drive requirements and shape solutions across AI, claims and core system transformation We’re partnering with a global insurer investing heavily in technology, data and underwriting transformation across its London Market business.
This is a high-impact Senior BA role, working at the heart of delivery across claims, policy administration, and data-driven initiatives.
What you’ll be working on Claims automation and workflow transformation AI-driven solutions for document processing and decision support Policy administration systems and downstream integrations Data migration and process optimisation across underwriting and claims

What you’ll be doing Leading end-to-end requirements gathering and definition Producing high-quality artefacts: User stories, process flows, data mappings Functional specifications and traceability Working closely with developers, testers, and architects Supporting UAT, defect resolution, and delivery assurance Driving stakeholder engagement across underwriting, operations, and IT Challenging and shaping requirements (not just documenting them)
What we’re looking for 7+ years Business Analysis experience in insurance Strong knowledge of London Market / Lloyd’s environments Experience with claims and/or underwriting transformation Exposure to policy administration systems (Guidewire highly desirable) Experience working on data flows, integrations, or system implementations Strong Agile delivery experience (user stories, backlog management) 💡 Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven solutions is a strong advantage
