A leading investment bank is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join its Transformation & Change Management team, supporting a major Payments Modernisation Programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile transformation initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders across EMEA, and help shape the future of payments within a global banking environment.
What you'll do
- Lead business analysis for strategic payments transformation projects.
- Gather, analyse and document business and regulatory requirements.
- Produce key artefacts including process maps, gap analyses, business requirements and target operating models.
- Partner with Front Office, Operations, Technology and key business stakeholders to deliver successful change.
- Support regulatory change initiatives, UAT and implementation activities.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

What you'll bring
- Proven Business Analyst experience within the banking sector, with strong payments domain expertise.
- Demonstrated experience working across banking operations and partnering closely with Front Office teams.
- Experience delivering business and regulatory change programmes within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of payment processes, operating models and regulatory change.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
