Senior Business Analyst – Change & Transformation Consulting

📍 London – Hybrid working

💷 £60,000 – £65,000 base salary plus package (Bonus & Car allowance)

I’m working with a leading change and transformation consultancy that is continuing to grow its Business Analysis capability in London.

This is a strong opportunity for Business Analysts who want to move beyond narrow requirements gathering and work across complex transformation programmes where they can genuinely shape how organisations operate, improve services and deliver change.

You’ll work with clients across sectors including Public Sector, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Telecoms, Media, Energy and Utilities, joining multidisciplinary teams to take complex or ambiguous business problems and turn them into clear, actionable outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading discovery and requirements gathering across complex transformation programmes
  • Running stakeholder interviews, workshops and collaborative working sessions
  • Mapping AS-IS and TO-BE processes, identifying pain points, handoffs and improvement opportunities
  • Translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Working across business, product, technology and delivery teams to align competing priorities
  • Supporting options analysis, business cases and evidence-based recommendations
  • Contributing to UAT, implementation and the transition from strategy into delivery
  • Presenting findings and recommendations clearly to senior client stakeholders
  • Bringing structure to ambiguity and helping clients define the real problem before jumping to solutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
